How do I obtain a current dues letter?
Your Realtor should email the association requesting the documents. Cost of Dues Current Letter is $75. Cost of Resale Disclosure is $150.
What rules does the HOA have sheds, fence or solar panels?
There are no rules in the covenants about sheds, fence or solar panels. Please refer to the City of Saint Michael for city rules and requirements.
Is garbage or snow/lawn care included in the HOA?
No, the HOA does not include garbage, individual home insurance, lawn or snow removal.
What is the late fee if I forgot to pay my dues on time?
What if there is a light out?
The HOA maintains Oakwood Parkway lighting. All other street lights are maintained by Xcel Energy. You can report a street light not working on the Xcel website at no cost to the homeowner.
